Attended the Repair Cafe on Saturday. Good place. Welcoming volunteers. Specialists brought their own equipment. I was here for electronics repair. Electrical and haberdashery desks also sighted. All were present with their respective tools of the trade. Quick repairs. Donations, not mandatory, are expected to keep the services running. As per organisers, it costs over £65 per event just to set it up. Cafe also present. Form requested to be filled upon arrival. You’re queued and wait in the central sitting area. The volunteer guide you when your number is due. Repairs discussed and done in front of you. The volunteer signs the form which is dropped on the way out. Donations at same time
