Freeman court is an assisted living residence for older and disabled people. The apartments are spacious with one or two bedrooms, some with balconies. Residents can live independently or receive a care package. Nomination to the local authority is the only way to live in this type of rented accommodation. Beautiful building looks more like a hotel than a care residence. Parking can be a problem if visiting relatives although there is underground parking for residents. Situated in the heart of Chelmsford Town centre.
