For him to tell me it’s his fault that the application didn’t get sent earlier and the duty solicitor that was there originally would be representing me. What a joke

This is a Terrible unprofessional Company. Staff are extremely rude, very unhelpful and useless at what they do. They never call you back when you call them. The phones just ring and ring when you try to get in touch and then when you do get through, you get fobbed off. They are also very very expensive compared with other solicitors. They are the worst solicitors I've ever dealt with. Avoid them, there are better companies out there.
