Never had to deal with them since installation as I had no issues. As soon as I've had a fault they're not interested in the slightest. Despite the 10 year warranty they state on their website they are saying its only 2 years and they don't have any installers. Couldn't be more cowboy like if they'd turned up on horses. Avoid like the plague. Wonder what the ombudsman will have to say?

Freegreen took over my boiler service as swift heat went bankrupt . I have had nothing but trouble with this company . They was using 24.7 company who said they had seviced boiler 2 yrs on the trot and they never came. . Ive been ringing most weeks since march for service but still waiting .they just say well sort it

This company took over the service agreement for my new boiler fitted by Swift Heat, who went bust, needed my yearly service this year, tried ringing to no answers. When I did get through I was promised call backs, still waiting.... Strange what you find when you dig, the director of debunked Swift Heat happens to be involved with Free Green Energy!!

Avoid! I told them I will consider their offer, then the next day their engeneer kept pushing for solar panel installation and didn't understand the word "no". Eventually signed with them just to find out they don't keep what they promised in the contract. I'm calling them every day but all they say is they don't have an access to their server. Rubbish customer service!
