Outstanding service from a family run business who know their motorcycles! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a BMW R1200RT from Mark at Freedom Motor Cycles Ltd and it’s most likely to have been the best buying experience I have ever had in over 50 years of riding/driving! No pressure whatsoever to buy and all my questions were answered expertly, the bike itself was in pristine condition having been looked after and maintained by the team. Freedom will definitely be my bike shop of choice now as their down to earth approach and attitude is just perfect and such a breath of fresh air compared to some of the larger retailers. I have always said that putting the customer first will bring rewards. Also, a shout out to Matt for explaining some of the functions and to Richard for the care he took in delivering the bike to me.
