Communication is lacking… Had a alarm system installed a year ago which should have had a link to my phone… almost a year later still no WiFi module installed. Chased it numerous times for an engineer to turn up trying two modules to then find the main board is faulty. Ok no a major issue just replace it right? A month later and still no contact until I rang on the 6th august… Yeah we need to order it I’ll ring you later once that’s done… Low and behind no contact atall… yet again it will be me chasing. Not impressed by the customer experience atall

Absolutely 1st class service. My alarm was sounding inside and out and could not be deactivated. Freedom had a guy (Joe) round within 30 minutes (after being called out at 6:45am on a Saturday) who promptly dealt with it. Can’t recommend highly enough.

New hi tech spec house built. Freedom have done a multitude of installs including alarm system, cctv cameras and gate intercom remote opening apps etc in the house and on our phones. Can’t speak highly enough of Ben our engineer who has been with us throughout the installs and demos. Attention to detail & dedication to doing a professional job has been over and above. Would highly recommend this company if you want high spec service professionalism.
