Two weeks in America two international flights two internal flights and seven hotels Absolutely fantastic, told them what I'd like to do and the level of comfort from the hotels and excursions and it ran like clockwork. Keen to take your money, hopeless when you encounter difficulties both before and during your holiday. We were travelling to America on the first day of hurricane Florence in September on a fly drive holiday which included stops in Savannah and Charleston. We were told that we could not go to Charleston and as this was the main attraction for me we asked if the holiday could be rearranged, yes we were told, but we would lose 100% of the money paid and would have to pay again! We had to rearrange our stops and miss out on South Carolina, not happy but no choice! To add insult to injury we were placed in 3 very dirty hotels on our trip, the third of these was virtually uninhabitable, a building site that was filthy with no working wi-fi or phone. We had little choice but to find another hotel at 7:30 in the evening after a full day driving, thinking that we would claim back the $125 it cost. The photographic evidence was pretty damning! However we were told that the hotel was only undergoing ‘soft’ renovations - not sure what the fork lift trucks were doing while this was going on! They were certainly busy carrying building supplies in and out of these rooms. We were also told that we should have rung the emergency number and shouldn’t have made our own arrangements - it was hardly an emergency and we were exhausted but obviously we should have ‘faked’ an emergency. I could not recommend this company in any way, there are plenty of better ones out there. I will never use again. If you want to take the risk I wish you luck but having undertaken a number of American fly drives I would recommend that you loom at Virgin or Thomas Cook, overall far more professional.
