    Superb bike shop. They gave me a very good price on a 2023 cube as they had sold the 2022 reduced model that I enquired about. I was able to deal with an actual person - Joe - who throughout was helpful and quick to reply. When you are paying a few thousand to a company you don’t know this is really important. The bike arrived on time and setting it up was minimal work. Since then I have emailed a few times with different questions and again Joe was quick to reply and help out where possible. The bike itself a Khatmandu exc750 is excellent and I am just coming up to 750 miles on it since delivery in Feb. Definitely use it more than my previous cannondale gravel bike. So glad I went for this model as it is very capable for all sorts of cycling, and the price from freeborn enabled me to afford it.

    Joe and the team at freeborn are superstars, I was reluctant to buy a bike online because I live so far away from the shop. I spoke to Joe on the phone before purchasing who answered all my questions and I decided to order the bike. It came on the delivery date arranged and communication about the delivery was excellent. I had the bike a couple of weeks and noticed a knocking noise coming from the bike so phoned Joe for some advice. Joe explained a few things to check and after doing this the knocking was still there. Joe arranged for a collection and the bike was delivered back to freeborn. Joe phoned me after a test ride and a full examination of the bike and it turned out the rear fox shock had failed. These things happen so I wasn’t annoyed and would just like to say nothing to do with freeborn or any of the team. This is a fox suspension issue. Joe arranged for the shock to be sent to fox for repairing as it is still under the manufacturing warranty. The bike has been delivered back with the shock repaired and I have been on a 39mile bike ride to test the bike. All working perfectly. The customer service at freeborn is the best I have ever experienced. Joe is always happy to help when you speak to him on the phone and his team do an excellent job. I highly recommend Freeborn and am so glad I bought my bike from them. I just want to say thanks again for all your help and excellent customer service.

    Bought an emtb a few weeks ago. Spoke to Sam at first who gave me all the info I needed to make sure I was choosing the right bike. I made the purchase which was by far the biggest amount I had spent online. Then called again to confirm everything was good and to get the brakes set up for Europeans like me. Spoke to Joe who was also very helpful and told me to check the bike on delivery to make sure all was good. Got the bike delivered in record time. After a thorough check the battery had a very small dent in it. Sent a picture of it and called Joe again who straight away advised that with batteries, it's better not to take any chances, offered a replacement and provided info on how to ensure safe storage of the battery until the swap. I got the new battery delivered and Joe organised the collection of the damaged one for the day after. All in all great communication, great support, great customer service. I'd definitely buy again from Freeborn in the future without any hesitation. Thanks to the Freeborn team as I've got the best toy I've ever bought and I'm enjoying it greatly. All the best
