May I please express my sincere thanks for all of the help from our representative from FRU who provided me with representation for a DWP decision at tribunal regarding higher-rate mobility. Our FRU representative was amazing. We won the case outright and this is testament to the help and guidance he provided.

I got an excellent Barrister via the FRU. He represented me throughout my County Court case. Such was his professionalism the companies settled before the Court date. This was over two years ago. I'm invested some of the monies for self improvement, careerwise. Thank you Tom and thank you again FRU.

I only put one star in order to raise a query re reviews. I have had no dealings with FRU so unable to formally review either way. Please could someone who has given great reviews explain what it was which had a positive impact? Because only the negative scores have made any comments at all. It would be helpful to hear the opposite side of the coin rather than just see 5 stars alone. Thank you.

The behaviour of the staff was very suspicious and I had decided not to take their services. They kept my file on hold and at the last stage when I had instructed a barrister the staff called and said she would represent me. It came to my mind whether she had made any communication with the opponent. She didn't want to give my file back and acted differently. I had to pursue her to get back back the documents.
