I asked Frederic to tailor two dresses. The craftsmanship was not good and there were broken stitches, uneven hemming and clear jagged edges of what was supposed to be the finished hem - picture attached. He tried to convince me this was “how the dress came” and yelled at me when I wanted to leave to take my dresses elsewhere. I ended up leaving and having to get my twos gowns retailered. In response to the owner: The picture speaks for itself - I paid £180 for the alterations that turned out horribly; blaming me, the fabric, the dress, and my attitude when I expressed discontent really does show his true colors. Frederic has done everything except take accountability for his own work. Very dissapointed, won't be coming back.
