I contacted them about the Medusa ring I saw on their instagram, and they were very honest and straight with me through the whole process. They kept track of package to make sure the product was delivered on time and to the right location. They even checked in a few weeks after just to make sure everything was still to my liking.

    0/5 would not recommend. I had taken my engagement ring earlier this year to have it rhodium plated. Not only did they close before opening time on collection they then weren’t open for over a couple weeks due to holiday season. Once I was finally able to collect my very expensive engagement, it started falling apart! I’ve never known for a ring to split in half! And then 3 diamonds started falling out bare in mind not one had ever fallen out and I had had my ring for just over a year before giving it to them. I wear it every day had banged it seeveal times and it had never fallen out. As good will they took it back to set some new diamond in which took weeks and now less than 6 months the exact same 3 diamonds have fallen out again and apparently I this is due to the claw of the ring which is funny as no others have ever fallen out ! I’m now being told it needs to be taken to a specialist with a “special price of “£200”.

    I wanted my ring made bigger so I took it into Frederick James they said to me come back in a week's time it will be all done. I went in they said it's not been done, I said why not they didn't have any answer. They said come back in 2 days it will definitely be done. I went back in they said it's not been done. I gave them my dad's ring to be done they said come back tomorrow and it will be ready along with your dad's ring. I went back in they still kept saying to me it's not been done. I collected my dad's ring but not mine so I said what's happening with my ring it's been 2 weeks and I've had 3 promises. They said his been of sick I said that's a lie because his done my dad's ring. The lady snapped at me and said I will phone you it's now been 3 day's I'm still waiting and don't know what to do.
