I started through agency then was made permanent. Shortly after being made permanent to my shock and horror I have been dismissed today. Manager is unprofessional, unsupportive and didn’t seem to like me(I got this impression from his demeanour) dismissal was unfair because the reason wasn’t initially addressed. I wasn’t giving a chance to explain or justify my side. HR and supervisor were supportive and helpful. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS PARTICULAR BRANCH.
