Staff very friendly & helpfull here, but the item quality has gone way down in recent years. I used to pick up lots of electricals & video gaming lots from here, usually all were good. However almost all my items from my last two auctions have turned out to be faulty. I suspect people are using them to off load all their defective electricals and gaming consoles. Also now that they are all online prices have gone crazy. If buying here you must assume anything electrical is going to be faulty.

The worst auction house I have ever bought from. Deceptive photographs, inaccurate descriptions and the packing was very poor. Emailed the principal and received no response. Not that I expected any. Unfortunately I have had to give them one star so I could leave a review.
