It’s a scam. They entice you in with a half price offer. Then there is no way of managing your account online. You can’t delete your card details, you can’t cancel your deliveries indefinitely online. You can only manage deliveries up to 4 weeks ahead. Which means you have to remember every month before an unknown cut off date to cancel your next four deliveries. They don’t warn you that you are due a delivery and don’t let you know the cut off date to cancel. They used to send weekly emails which said “This is what is in next week’s box, click here to send these stems”. This was my only way of knowing whether I was going to be sent flowers next week. They’ve now replaced these emails with fortnightly emails which have “send me these stems” written on which is very misleading. I’ve now been charged £30 for flowers I won’t be in to receive. A scam, I will be calling to cancel my account and will never be using these services again!

At the moment, some of the flowers last up to four weeks and even form new shoots. In no flower shop do I find such a great price-performance ratio and certainly not such unusual flowers! Even the flower mail order companies I tried couldn't keep up with Freddie's Flowers! The contact with the customer service was always friendly and the accessories in the shop are also of good quality! I love Freddie's Flowers please keep it up ❤️ (Original) Ich bestelle seit einem Jahr bei Freddies Flowers, seit diesem Jahr aller 14 Tage, weil ich die Sträuße so wunderschön finde. Bis auf 2x (Schäden an den Blumen durch Frost und falsche Auslieferung, wurde aber von Freddies Flowers sofort behoben durch neue Lieferungen) habe ich immer super große, gesunde Blumen erhalten und prächtige, volle Sträuße! Momentan halten die Blumen sogar vereinzelt bis zu vier Wochen, bilden sogar neue Triebe. In keinem Blumenhandel finde ich so ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und schon gar nicht solch teilweise außergewöhnliche Blumen! Auch die von mir ausprobierten Blumenversandhandel konnten mit Freddies Flowers nicht mithalten! Der Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst war stets freundlich und das Zubehör im Shop ist ebenso von guter Qualität! Ich liebe Freddies Flowers, bitte macht weiter so ❤️

Great service and great flowers... They get better the more they open up... I particularly like the way they teach you how to arrange to the best effect.. Appears you dont get many flowers but once bloomed they fill out the spaces!

Awful flowers, awful service. Overpriced for what they send - this is pretty much a company that buys flowers from a wholesale and send them straight on to buyers with zero floristry involved - which in itself is not an issue. However, this company is charging the same price as a local florist would charge for their skill to assemble a bouquet and to provide good quality flowers. Money making business with no care for flowers, customers or floristry - support your local florist and don't waste your money with these. See for yourself the quality of the flowers, 2 days after receipt, in the pictures that I have attached.
