Item never arrived and there was no attempted delivery. Despite me being out of the country someone in my household was home all day and there was no attempted delivery. I tried contacting parcel force which was useless and they told me to contact the merchant. I went ahead and did this and to summarise I am out money, have received no product and they refuse to refund me or resend the product. A birthday now ruined. Appalling. First time shopping here and I never will again.
