We have used Frazers Surveyors for our past couple of moves and were very pleased with their friendly and efficient service in both instances (quite refreshing given the rest of the house buying process!) We have now been in our current property just over a year and contacted Frazers recently with a query on something; a request for a quick bit of advice really. We were surprised at how promptly the inquiry was addressed and how in-depth the advice which we received was. It wouldn't have been unexpected for us to have received an invoice for their time yet this was not the case and we are very grateful. Very highly recommended.

My initial contact on the telephone with Chris gave an excellent first impression as he was highly professional but friendly at the same time, highly impressive as I was very stressed at the time. All my contact with Chris was prompt and courteous, with my specific requests granted - nothing was too much trouble. I received the valuation report in very quick time which relieved a lot of stress I was under. Thank you Chris and your hard working team/surveyors.

It was our first property so we were cautious about the purchase but Matthew provided a detailed report and was very patient and professional at answering our questions where we could not understand some of the complex matters relating to the state of the property. Excellent service, fast response and great experience. I was really impressed by the service provided from start to finish. The agent gave me a call to arrange the visit, she was really flexible and she managed to book the visit when I was less busy at work. The surveyor was a guy called Salvatore, he was really friendly and professional. He made sure all the COVID 19 standard operating procedures were followed and he took the time to explain the whole process in details. At the end he also took time to answer all my questions which I really appreciated. The valuation was done within the window and the valuation report was provided to me within 2 working days. Highly recommend. Thank you!
