Part exchanged my car for a McLaren, of which Geoff and Paula go above and beyond to ensure you feel comfortable and assist in the transaction. They arranged everything for me, from warranty to ceramic coating and sending me all receipts from both current and part exchanged car for reference. I met with Paula and Geoff to be truthful they are the most honest car dealers I have ever met. I purchased a fantastic S5 V8 Quattro Audi. It simply is exactly as they described. One owner full service history immaculate car, unlike three previous dealerships, which advertised their cars as in excellent condition they simply were not truthful. I was not in the country, but I had seen photographs. Of the cars which looked great. However, I sent the RAC to do a complete check on these cars Costing 460 pounds each one of them turned out to be nothing like advertised just a waste of my money. Obviously I will not name the dealerships but beware what you see advertised is not always what you’re going to get except at Fratelli cars. I therefore recommend that if you need a good secondhand car, check them out first because you get exactly what it says on the tin. Most of you may not remember that advert so in plain English with Fratelli Cars will get exactly what is advertised
