We bought a flat in Riverside Quarter. Whilst a nice looking development the build quality is poor. Even nearly 5 years after buying we are still encountering problems that could/should have been sorted out at the time of build and has cost us a lot of money. The list is long. . Also didn’t realise at time of purchase there was no light on balcony so we put low voltage strip LED lights. Management took them down citing they are dangerous though the switch and transmitter are inside the flat. Thus far been offered no alternative suggestions as to what we can put up instead. Wouldn’t buy any property of theirs again

I would rate this company zero if that option exists. We purchased a flat in a place called Riverside Quarter that was developed by Fraser. The flat is full of problems and Fraser has been very slow in fixing the problem. It was discovered that the buildings are lacking cladding and the estate management once decided to charge the costs of these work to residents. Absolutely ridiculous! The estate management team including the concierge was a nightmare. Always trying to increase the service charge from year to year without doing the proper work. What they did is comparing the service charges to other development in the area and apply similar rate. However the service delivered is nowhere comparable with other development in the area. Residents were treated with minimum respect by concierge especially if you are from ethnic minorities. The Concierge named Michel is the worst. He is always arrogant, rude，bad tempered and snap to the residents to the extent that it was such a bully. Treating residents with multiple standards, if the residents are not his favorite, he would act on resident’s request slowly deliberately. The whole place is now getting more and more Bureaucratic! Anybody who is considering to purchase a property in riverside quarter area should take a careful consideration as I have heard so many residents regret for this.

Today is Boxing Day 2017. We have had no hot water since 22 nd December and no heating on Christmas Day at Camberwell on the Green. This is not the only issue with the block. The quality of the work/ build is shocking and the snagging lists are not being addressed appropriately. Please could you sort out this situation.

Stay away from doing any business with this company. They sold commercial office units that are not fit for purpose and they are don't admit any liability depsite issuing Certificate of Practical completion incorrectly. When you seek to rectify matters and request a meeting, they are impossible to reach by phone or email. They have big city law firm assisting them in their scams. Litigation is ongoing. Dont do business with this developer or their marekting agents. Documentary Evidence is available to any interested parties or other victims.
