Room cleaning service is 2 day/once which left us having our room unclean for one whole day. Staff also being a little bit rude and unprofessional. Not being supportive and tried to blame the guest. No more 2nd time!!

Gosh if I’d read some of these reviews I don’t think I’d have booked but I’m actually so glad I did. Location is brilliant! The room I had was hugely spacious, comfortable and clean. I’d have preferred a bath but those were all taken. Having a small gym and laundry room was such a bonus as is it being a dog friendly hotel. There were a couple of issues (otherwise I’d have given 5*) my room and hallway didn’t smell good - not sure if it was a microwaved curry from one of the rooms or a musty smoking smell in my room which was a shame. Also bottles of water really should be a staple. And not providing cleaning everyday should mean slightly larger toiletries. I’d absolutely stay here again

I could smell cigarettes from the ventilation, no USB plugs near the bed, the only one was near the desk and didn't work. We call the front desk and they never sent an electrician like said. The sofa bed mattress is terrible. For what you pay, you should have a better service. Location is great near the underground and bus stops, shops and restaurants.
