Great and clean apartments for two with a small kitchen located a few steps from the Sky Garden and the Tower of London and with many nice restsurants and pubs nearby. Reception personnel is very kind. Walkability: Underground Monument, Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Sky Garden, London Bridge etc.

I wouldn't recommend them. Administrative errors led to me having to chase them numerous times - they spelled my name wrong on my email address so didn't send me the key code, check in or payment instructions for my booking, meaning I had to go to the property in my lunch hour and basically do their job for them. They also wouldn't help with operating the stove. Their office is only open 9am - 6pm, which is most professionals working hours so not very helpful! I am still waiting on my invoice which they haven't sent despite chasing numerous times. So disappointed as the property and location are good otherwise, it just isn't worth staying for the awful customer service.

Duration of my stay: 1 month. Fraser sat a new lowest level of accommodation: forced to preparing food on the floor, not being able to take a shower, no electricity, and not even toilet papers... These are only a small part of the list of problems. The electricity in the kitchen didn't work. Hence, for a month we had to put things like out toaster and kettle on the floor, to plug them in the electricity. They said that they gave an extension cable, but this was exactly 20cm long... there's no way it could reach any table - so still cooking on the floor. For a whole month, no one cares to fix the problem. The water in the shower was ice cold. After a week someone came to repare it (one week of ice cold shower - usually we'll just skip shower, as it is too cold). However, 1.5-2 weeks after repairing the shower, the problem came back. No one replied when I informed them about it, until the day I left. On the day I left they sent me a message: "This problem had already been repaired" - they completely ignored the problem returned. This meant that for about half of our stay, we sometimes boiled water from the kettle (on the floor), so we could take a shower. Just funny how rediculous it was. It obviously didn't end there. No toilet paper, cleaning, lights and electricity... This article to be continued.
