Room was dark and lights in living room did not work. TV did not work. HVAC thermostat did not work - when we asked to fix, they came in, fiddled with it, and nothing changed, so we had to leave windows open - which was an issue because it is in a busy/loud area. No one to meet you when you get there - you have to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to come from another property of theirs. The wall in the bedroom had HOLES in it! Only positive thing I can say is the towels were nice. Totally disappointed.

- I stayed for two weeks, payment in full was requested in advance; - Building entry code didn't work upon arrival which was tough to navigate with luggage after a long flight (in the evening; it was dark). Fortunately another guest was passing by and let me in; - Elevator wasn't working upon departure - I emailed the day prior for help, i.e. how to bring my luggage down. No one responded until after the checkout time the following day. I had to ask a friend to come and help me carry my bags down the stairs; - Bedroom TV was not working throughout my stay. The repair person couldn't fix it. Living room TV didn't have all the channels; - Dishwasher was rusted. Not safe to use. Said they would bring me a replacement tray but they never did; - Apt was cold. Radiators didn't work. The following day they brought me an oil heater; - No bottle of water, no tissues, no paper towels, half toilet roll upon arrival. They brought me one or two things the next day after I emailed a few times. Strange that guests can be arriving late at night and no drinking water is provided to see them through until they can figure out where to buy it; - Very limited kitchen items e.g. no chopping board to slice fruit or veg, no bowls for soup, very little cutlery; - Service clean was very basic. Apt very dusty - I had to do it myself. I had to follow up for cleaning as they scheduled it more than a week after I arrived. - I had asked prior to booking if the apt was noisy. I was told it was on a quieter street in the City. This might be true of Artillery Lane; however, this apt was actually right on Middlesex Street, above a Nandos and facing a pub. Noisy crowds from Monday -Thursday and loud markets on Sundays. I think the problem with all this is that they take full payment in advance and then the guest has very little leverage in getting problems sorted out. Would not recommend. They are selling basically not more than a roof over your head but marketing it as a luxury corporate stay.

I visited Frazer residence on part of my business trip. A small set up of hotel with all required amenities in the room. The wifi connection was good and the rooms were kept neat and tidy. You don't get the options of dining here so I used to goto the bregast club adjacent to Frazers. I belive a water bottle everyday as a complimentary would be of great help. Otherwise my stay was great and good experience.
