Really impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff in this store. Declan was extremely helpful and patient as I pondered over some watches, and ended up buying two. His knowledge certainly left me feeling that I was in good hands and making the right decision. I'm now the happy owner of a Tudor Black Bay Chronograph (reverse panda) and an Omega Speedmaster Pro Moonwatch. No doubt I'll be back again soon. *Edit* I did return and Declan helped me purchase a new Tudor Black Bay Bronze. Couldn't be happier with the welcome and service I get in Fraser Hart, and specifically with Declan. *Edit* Christmas eve and I received the call I'd been waiting for, my new watch had arrived.
