Attended a full Safeguarding Train the Trainer course and found myself in a relaxed and friendly environment, captivated by an extremely experienced and knowledgeable trainer! It was a large group of around 14 candidates but the course was well guided and each Individual was given the time they needed to ask questions and share personal experiences! All in all a thoroughly enjoyable course, Thank you Franklins.

Over the last 5 years, I have attended several training courses delivered Franklins Fire & Safety. The most memorable include; MCA & DoLS and Moving and Positioning trainer’s courses. My whole experience was very good; from the friendly staff on the phone, when I booked my place on the course to when I received my certificate through the post. The course itself; Our trainer was very knowledgeable and provided the right amount of support to those in the room. She was able to answer all the questions and give practical advice based on her industry knowledge and experience. The training room is well equipped which allowed the group I was share experiences whilst breaking. I would highly recommend Franklins to others and cannot wait for my next course.
