Terrible attitude from staff. The library is not easy to find if you've never been there. I was walking from Bartley Green, it was pouring rain, I rang the Library as I was lost. In two occasions they gave me wrong directions, they sent me towards Halesowen! I called them once again and they laughed at me and when I said I was going to make a complaint, they blamed me and hung up on me. And this is supposed to be a "Community" Library!

Earlier this week, with my business Immersive Theatres, I delivered a 4m digital planetarium experience to 39 children & adults at Frankley Library. My colleague and I were warmly welcomed by the staff and we found the space prepared just as we had requested. The morning was well organised with all groups arriving on time. The excited family groups enjoyed a rich selection of content: peering up at the planetarium night sky; visiting the International Space Station; learning about the Solar System and handling a famous meteorite. Thank you Frankley Library for a very pleasant visit.

Clean with decent selection for a local library. However they're hardly ever open and not open at all on weekends. Could do with more government funding.
