Rude receptionist, incompetent doctor (can't speak for all of them) and 3 week long waiting list. All patients should move from this GP as they're are ones in the surrounding area that are 10000000% better.

Don't answer phone, when they do they never have appointments for weeks, & had to go here for a cervical cancer screening (because I turned 25, so it's those tests) & the nurse/doctor lady got my name wrong like 12 times as we spoke, she told me nothing and was very rude and off putting. If I hadn't had these types of procedures before I would have never had it again. So if you are nervous about appointments I recommend going elsewhere.

I would give 0 stars if possible. 1st time calling after my previous mis-diagnosis and yet again can't even get an answer. I wouldn't trust these 'Doctors' with cleaning my car let alone my health. Be safe, go elsewhere.

After searching the NHS Website, which told me to call my GP to arrange travel Vaccines. I did this to be told that, they haven't done travel vaccines in years, when I asked if what the NHS website says is wrong then she said yes, we don't do them. Phoned 111 to ask what to do and the very nice operator spoke to both my doctors (who then told her, they in fact do do them, but, are booked for a month). So they gave me false information. NHS 111 arranged for a place for me to call to get the information I need, since my GP surgery refused to even give me the information I needed. Shocking surgery.

Terrible Doctors. Wouldn’t waste your oxygen or strength picking up the phone to try & get an appointment. COVID is over & yet its still triage phone call appointments IF YOUR LUCKY TO GET ONE! NHS needs to investigate this doctors & shut it down because its absolutely abysmal.
