I have 3 kids ages ranging between 2 and 11 and we love coming here there's something for all ages and as adults we can have time to sit back and enjoy a coffee (very nice coffee too). The staff are all lovely and helpful and we took out memberships because we enjoy it so much!

Great place and family friendly and great food options. Feel welcome and comfortable here Only thing I was disappointed with was parents had shoes on and were entering the baby section especially wish there was someone to police that as it is unhygenic for the babas but honestly nothing major

Found a female staff worker on the slide touching random children then I seen a big gang of teens coming thru then got assaulted by staff as they spat at the ground on my unconscious body I will continue to sue if I do not get a free access card for life it’s not fair man I developed sever depression over this and need someone to finally listen how bad this place is I EXPECT A REPLY!!!

Staff are friendly and attentive, welcoming us each time and remembering our children (we go regularly due to have a pass which is such good value for money!) The branch is very clean and welcoming. There’s plenty of space and a great range of equipment for the children to enjoy. We love coming here and would recommend it to anyone who has children who love to let off steam!

We had our Eid celebration here and it was AMAZING; the place is clean and a huge space to accommodate adults and children. The staff were wonderful and we all had a lovely time. Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and helping us have an amazing party xx
