Only seemed to be one waitress trying to juggle everyone..way too loud inside no leadership directed. Waited over an hour for mains came out and the quality of it was poor. “Chicken carbonara” if you could even see if had chicken in let alone bacon teaspoon size of it if that…came out looking grey. Sent it back then waited a further 30 minutes for a pizza as a replacement whilst others had finished…I was really looking forward to going as we don’t have one near us anymore but I can totally understand why they are closing them down slowly. Really has lost its spark the name Frankie and Bennys means nothing now. Will never be returning again which is a shame as I once had fond memories of this place.

I went to Frankie and Bennys at Xscape in Glasshoughton. The food was alright but a bit plastic and the price was ok. But the worst thing was that the staff were not in uniform and were sat around chatting while customers were still in the restaurant. Very unprofessional!!! ☹️
