    How can a product costing so much money be so unfit for purpose. Everything about this company is rotten. If anything goes wrong with the coffee machine (which it no doubt will), it costs an arm and a leg to fix, the technician I had told me that my fridge was broken and that I'd need a new one (£1200), they wanted £200 for that information, information I told them when I called to say my fridge is broken. Turns out it was a simple fix, a fix the technician was too lazy to attempt or recommend. Please, whatever you do, steer well clear of this company.

    We bought your prestigious coffee machine for our luxury spa and salon in India but have had a terrible after sales experience. We paid a premium for your machine expecting not just great coffee for our clients but reliable maintenance post purchase.It has been over 3 months that the machine has issues but none of your representatives have been able to fix it. Needless to say that the response of the network here is pathetic too! Please give us a point of contact for satisfactory resolution .
