They have good quality products, I can’t say the same about some of the staff unfortunately. Again the “ Boys in the field” team are utterly vile, particularly a manager called Colin, I saw him make fun of other staff, just like children would do, absolutely repugnant and unacceptable behaviour, very unprofessional. They should get a whole new management, someone who really care about staff welfare too.
