Frank delivered both machines to our home, and gave us full run throughs on how to use the machines, and went through problem solving with my husband. Truly excellent customer service I’ve just bought my second Bernina sewing machines from Frank, one in person and one on the phone. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly and we’re able to answer all my technical questions. Without any hard sell I placed my order on the Friday and my new machine was delivered by courier on Monday morning. I’ve had excellent customer service and would 100% recommend Franke Nutt sewing machines to anyone.

AVOID! I purchased a brother VR machine for well over £3,000 only to be met with constant issues on frank nutts behalf. Almost 2 weeks after my purchase they did not even bother to arrange shipment, ignored my emails and phone calls, when they finally did answer I got so sick of waiting for them to sort a simple job that I had to go out of my own way to collect this machine, to my surprise and shock was faulty, it did not stitch properly and was wondering completely away from the pattern. I sent them an email stating the issue and they mentioned a firmware issue which did not help. I emailed them again almost a week ago and they have continued to ignore me and provide no help. Considering I’m under warranty with them they clearly don’t want to pay or provide any help and have left me in the dark. I have had to again go out of my own way and pay an alternative company to fix this machine which is frank nutts job! AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL ONLY IGNORE YOU ONCE THEY'VE GOT YOUR MONEY. Appalling and disgusting company.
