Placed an order on the 8th, were quite happy to take my money but not dispatch anything. By the 28th still nothing. Emailed and was told it would be looked into and they'd get straight back to me. Receive and email on the 1st saying i've been refunded. No explanation or apology. Now I won't have the clothes I need for work. Buy elsewhere.

Absolutely disgraceful after sales customer care. Purchased a power tool from them which malfunctioned shortly afterwards. I requested a refund or for them to to replace the item. They point blank refused to do either and said the item had to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. Please do not use this company, they are not interested once they have taken your money. Use a more reputable business who will respect your consumer rights and meet their obligations. I will definitely not be using them ever again !!
