Polite people to deal with but in my opinion, not enough care and attention paid to work carried out. I used Frank Dale 8 years ago to recommission my car (with no issues, hence 2 stars), and went back to them last year for sone maintenance. Every time the car went in, it returned with the same issue or a new issue. I fully understand classic cars are problematic, however when problems arise on the areas that were worked on, this is concerning. £5k later and problems persist... I see many great reviews here, so not sure why I had issues, perhaps because it is not a Rolls Royce of any real value? Of all the specialist marques I have dealt with, the Rolls Royce and Bentley ones are always tricky- you have to have be a certain type of character with a car of value to be given top service.
