I've supported this charity for over 25yrs and this was my 1st visit on an Open Day (I've been previously, but only to go to the main office). I thoroughly recommend you visit it on its next Open Day, it's an amazing place that does equally amazing things for the children and families that need to attend.

Possible the loveliest place for children with complex health needs. They support families and siblings including siblings groups, parties. 14days respite standard! There is not one staff member who isn't friendly. They are all caring, supportive, welcoming, understanding. They go the extra mile for those who truly deserve it the most! They have fundraising days, a francis house ball, I genuinely love it there. My children love it too. They support children to help them develop to their full potential and they understand what it takes too care and love these poorly children. I want to thank each and every one of you for supporting my family for 5 years u think now. Its a huge family and I love you all x raegan x

I have no words to say thanks to Francis house staff and management. May 13 years son Muhammad Hussnain passed away in Francis house and the way they have look after him and our family/friends who came for condolences was out of the world. There were more than 6 families who came at a time and they accommodated us all with open hands. I wish there are more people like all of you in the world. Thank you so much!!!
