Matt has always delivered quality wines and a decent price, and is always on time, whether it was a standard order or an emergency (of which I had a few!) The detail of wine tasting when renewing and revamping menus is always impressive, going out his way to source very unique and specific wines for me! Introductions to suppliers really helped us understand the product and sell wine in our restaurant. As well as help manage and relationships with big suppliers. I now personally use Matt for my wines at home and personal/family celebrations. Both Shaun and Matt are always lively, polite and fun as well! Look forward sharing another magnum with you soon!
