What can I say, Francesca is number 1 when it comes to giving you the perfect brows. I've been wanting the procedure done for years, but I've always been so scared of it going wrong. However, Francesca put me at ease right away during the initial consultation and talked me through from start to finish the procedure. After that I was happy to go ahead and booked in for the real deal! She's a perfectionist and listened to what I liked/ disliked. I came out elated and over the moon with the results. I'm fair haired and wanted something natural. The fine brush stroke technique is what made me pick Franscesca and made her stand out from her competitors, as I wanted a natural look. Where do I start , I am thankful for the service I received from Francesca , she has completely changed my life . Insecurities played a major role in my life , I had barely to none existent eyebrows , I always felt once I had eyebrows I would become beautiful and that’s all I ever wanted , pride for myself . Francesca restored my confidence but more importantly , acceptance . I accept myself more now . Now , if you are doubting wether to have your eyebrow micro bladed please bear in mind this review and look how Francesca service has changed lives on her instagram page. I was scared micro bladed eyebrows would look like a tattoo or unnatural , however the final result is the opposite . Francesca made the atmosphere very welcoming , I was able to communicate my concerns and opinions accordingly, I was also made aware of what I would need to ensure that the healing process would go smoothly, please make sure you follow this accordingly . During the whole process I obviously had concern such as why my eyebrows were very dark causing me to dislike the look of them , lovingly Francesca took the time to listen to me during off work hours and even answers my call . Everyone is beautiful but if there’s something you don’t like about yourself don’t be afraid to change what you don’t like , if it’s possible . I love my eyebrows from Francesca! I have ginger hair with very light eyebrows so I wanted to find someone who could colour match me correctly. After looking at Francesca’s Instagram page, I contacted her as I noticed she’s done some blonde/fair eyebrows. She replied really quickly and I soon got booked in. Straight away I knew Francesca was going to be the one to do my brows; she’s very personable and easy to chat to, she explained the process really well and I overall felt really happy with her service. On the day of my brows I was really impressed with how organised and calming she was. She again explained everything thoroughly and listened to what I wanted as well as giving her professional judgement. Once I had decided to have my eyebrows microbladed I did alot of research to find someone who would be able to do them for me. I found Francesca through her fabulous reviews. I contacted her and arranged for a consultation. She is friendly and helpful and explained all the details of the procedure. I knew straight away that I could trust her to do my eyebrows. I was nervous on the day of my appointment but she put me at ease and took time to ensure the shape/measurements/colour of my new brows would be perfect. Once completed, they were perfect I loved them. As I had very sparse brows they have given me confidence again. Thanks Francesca you did a fantastic job. X Update 3/12/21 - its been 12 months since I had my brows done by Francesca and I have to say they still looked amazing but I know she had recommended having a top up after 12 months. I've just returned from the salon and I'm so in love with them. Francesca is simply brilliant and her work is perfect. This wonderful lady has transformed my life. Having brows again over the last 12 months has given me my confidence back. Before I had them done I wouldn't go outside my door without my makeup on (including pencilled on brows). Now I don't worry if I need to nip out anywhere without any makeup as I know my face looks OK because I have eyebrows. Anyone who is conscious about their eyebrows will understand what I mean. I had my first microblading session with Francesca at the weekend and I'm so, so happy with how she has transformed my face! I've struggled with trichotillomania (a hair pulling disorder) for most of my adult life, resulting in me often having very patchy or virtually bald brows. I'm dark haired and pale skinned, so when I've had a bad episode I'm often left looking really quite weird and feeling very self conscious. It's something I do have a few strategies to control, but every now and then it gets the better of me. Deciding to have my brows microbladed was quite a big thing for me - I rarely wear make up and I have no other tattoos, so I felt quite nervous about getting my brows done because I really needed them to look natural and like they belonged to me. Francesca honestly couldn't have done a better job - she even managed to work around a scar in one brow so nicely that you can barely tell it's there (I had to get approval for my GP before she agreed to do this - another example of how she takes her work and her reputation seriously). From initial conversation, consultation and through the last year of changing appointments due to Covid restriction changes she's been great to deal with, has put me at ease, has understood exactly what I wanted and has given me my face back! The after care has been really easy to follow too and my brows are healing really well. Francesca has quite a big waiting list but the reason for this is absolutely clear when you see the quality of her work and meet her, and personally I'd rather wait for the best than go somewhere that could fit me in faster but not do such a good job.
