What is your approach to counseling and what are your qualifications?
Our company is actually a marriage celebrant service, not a counseling service. We focus on creating and conducting meaningful and personalized marriage ceremonies for our clients. However, we do work closely with our clients to ensure that their ceremony reflects their values and beliefs. As a celebrant, I have received training and certification in my field, and have experience in conducting ceremonies for couples of various backgrounds and cultures.How many sessions does the typical counseling process entail?
As mentioned before, we do not provide counseling services. Our focus is on creating and conducting marriage ceremonies that are personalized and meaningful for each couple. The number of consultations or meetings we have with our clients varies depending on their needs and preferences. Generally, we will have at least one initial consultation to discuss their vision and ideas for the ceremony, and then additional meetings as needed to finalize the details.What is your success rate with clients resolving their relationship or marital issues?
As a marriage celebrant service, we do not provide counseling or therapy services. Our focus is on creating and conducting personalized and meaningful marriage ceremonies for our clients. We do not have a success rate for resolving relationship or marital issues.What is your policy on pre-marital counseling?
While we do not provide counseling services, we do encourage our clients to consider pre-marital counseling with a qualified professional. Pre-marital counseling can be a helpful tool for couples to strengthen their relationship and work through any potential issues before getting married. We are happy to provide recommendations for pre-marital counseling services if requested.How do you ensure that the ceremony runs smoothly and on time?
We work closely with our clients in the planning stages to ensure that all details are finalized and that the ceremony runs smoothly. We conduct a rehearsal prior to the wedding day to ensure that everyone involved knows their role and what to expect during the ceremony. On the day of the wedding, we arrive early to ensure that everything is set up correctly and to address any last-minute issues. We coordinate closely with other vendors involved in the wedding to ensure that everything runs on schedule. If any issues do arise during the ceremony, we are experienced in handling them calmly and professionally.Reviews

You wove together the strands of the story of their meeting and falling in love—even including their beloved cats. It was obvious that you had really made a connection to the hearts of the couple, and your words, enabled all of us to feel their love and understand that these two people were meant for one another. There was nothing generic about the service –it was warm and personal and graceful and yet had a structure that reminded us we were all coming together to witnesses a sacred event. Francesca is great to work with. She is a really good listener and it felt like she completely understood who we were as a couple. After our initial zoom call we knew she was the celebrant for us. She has a calming, positive energy and this was really suited to our woodland wedding. When we met in person we went through all our history as a couple. We then sent her our questionnaires and vows separately from which she curated an amazing tailor-made ceremony. Well words probably won’t sufficiently describe what an incredible celebrant Francesca is. It’s not every day you come across someone truly passionate in the work that they do. Its Francesca’s passion for what she does that made her such an integral part of our wedding day. She took the time to get to know my husband and I on a personal basis, and she used what she genuinely learned in getting to know us to write and craft such a beautiful ceremony. I can’t tell you how many compliments we received after our wedding on how beautifully Francesca ran our ceremony. We are so grateful to Francesca for being the most amazing celebrant for our special day! The work she put into getting it right was so much more than just standing at the front and saying a few words. Francesca took the time to firstly get to know us and understand us as a couple and be led by who we are in preparing her script. Francesca really went out of her way to get to know how we met, why we decided to get married and ultimately why we fell in love - at no point did it ever feel like we were just another couple. It was like talking to a friend from day one! Even though she crafted a beautiful script, Francesca was flexible enough to incorporate our own edits and additions, although there really were so few. And on the day itself, in the midst of all the madness Francesca was a calming presence, taking all the various complications in her stride for which we are so grateful. Her delivery was perfect; she has a real knack for being authoritative and clear, full of personality but never making the ceremony about her. We were always keen to find someone who would compliment us, give us the limelight but still have plenty of presence. Francesca did just that. Francesca is a highly skilled celebrant and overall wonderful person - we couldn't recommend her enough!

We shared our ideas with her, we told her what we wanted our ceremony to look and feel like and she supported us all the way through. We booked Francesca to perform our wedding ceremony as we had found that legal marriage ceremonies can sometimes feel a bit generic and formal. We opted to have a private legal marriage ceremony at a registry office a couple of weeks before and to have a celebrant for, what we considered to be, our real wedding day in front of all our friends and family. Francesca came and met us at our home a few months before the wedding. We instantly warmed to her, it felt like we had known her for years. She has such a calming and loveable way about her - immediately after she left Charlie and I both commented that she was one of the nicest people we'd ever met! She asked us questions about our relationship and our life together in a way that felt comfortable and unobtrusive. It was light-hearted but also left us both feeling so excited to get married. She then used the answers to the questions to form parts of her ceremony, which she sent to us in a final draft a few weeks before the wedding. She made us feel entirely comfortable changing things we weren't sure about and making suggestions for things we'd like added in. She had so many suggestions for things we could add to our ceremony, things we hadn't even considered, that would make ours unique to us. On the day, Francesca arrived looking smart and organised with her minimal folder containing our vows (we were grateful for this as we wanted our ceremony to look neat and minimal so didn't want tables covered in papers!) The ceremony was the perfect length and contained just the right amount of humour and romance. Our guests smiled, laughed and cried the entire time which is a credit to how well Francesca knows weddings. Charlie and I absolutely loved it; it reflected us as a couple and as individuals. My Mum read a poem during the ceremony which she had been really nervous about as she didn't want to lose her place on the page but Francesca printed her off individual cards (we didn't even ask her to!) which my Mum has said made all the difference and her reading went perfectly! This attention to detail shows how much love and care Francesca puts into her work and we are so grateful for this. Francesca is not only a wonderful celebrant, brilliant at what she does, she is a beautiful soul and someone that we are truly grateful to have met and had share our wedding day with us. Francesca, is such a lovely person and took care of everything needed for our ceremony, she went the extra mile offering to print and bring along our guest’s readings and posted a hard copy of our ceremony after. She was the perfect balance of taking command to ensure people were listening and delivering the ceremony in a relaxed and caring manner, appropriate for our setting in the woods. She took the time to get to know us and made the ceremony feel very personal, without too much work from our end. She was the perfect person to marry us and would highly recommend!

Francesca Clark conducted our wedding ceremony in July 2019, in Rayleigh, Essex. Due to my fiancé and I living in Dubai, all of our communication before the wedding was via email and Skype and we actually only met in person on the big day! Working with Francesca was great! She made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Our ceremony was so incredibly personal, and she included everything we asked her to in a very touching way. We had a lot of requests for Francesca about how we wanted the ceremony and what we wanted to be included, including my partners vows being in Dutch, readings, a ring warming and in particular a mention about my late Dad – none of this was a problem and it was clear that Francesca had carefully thought about all these different elements and put them together in a thoughtful way which led to a fantastic ceremony. We received many compliments from guests about how great the ceremony was and how they (and we) found it to be extremely personal and unique to us. When conducting the ceremony Francesca made everyone feel very comfortable and at ease, the vibe in the Windmill was truly magical. We cannot recommend Francesca enough! She was warm, friendly, professional and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Whenever we had a question she was there to help and offer ideas and solutions. Thank you so much Francesca, you made our wedding ceremony into something very special, that not only we, the couple, will always remember and cherish but that our guests will too. Francesca was our celebrant for our recent wedding. From the start she was really positive and flexible about how we could make our own unique ceremony and gave us lots of good advise and tips for our special day. Our first "meeting" with her was via Skype, which was very helpful for us, followed by a face to face meeting. She helped coordinate our idividually written vows, draw out our story for how we met and formed our relationship and structured this into a really well written ceremony. Francesca also managed to weave in a hand fasting ceremony for us, to symbolise tying the knot in front of our friends and family. We were really pleased with Francescas contribution to the day and highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a celebrant, who is energetic, professional and really easy to get on with, to make their day extra unique and special.
