Ordered a dining table and chairs 2months ago that ended up not being available or so I was told,asked for my refund only to still be waiting! Awful awful company,whenever you phone them the woman on the phone says she will get management to call back and they never do!! SCAM has anyone actually had a refund and how??if not will be taking them to court

Very disappointed ordered my 4 part divan base in the middle of November last year still waiting now when you manage to get through to someone they say there a gonna chase it up with the manufacturer I’ve asked Numerous of times for a refund still not had I’ve completely lost trust in this company and feel like I’ve been lied too absolutely terrible customer service.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! As with the others who've reviewed. We ordered a bed August time, 26 weeks ago!! 6 months!! We have called many times and the only response we get is they will call us back, which we never get. Asked for a refund in December, 14 days is what we were told, it's now Feburary and they've stopped responding to our emails. Luckily we have everything in evidence of emails, we will be taking them to small claims court as this is unacceptable and criminal. Shocking company!

This company is dreadful. Waited 3 months for two beds with still no idea when they will arrive. Phoned numerous times however they dont seem to care or actually have no idea when, either. We have asked for money back and will further review if we dont receive it. Just appears to be a scam.

Similar to other reviews I would also give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a 4 part bed base in August and we are now in January with no sign of it. Called up several times and keep being told it will be dispatched soon, the last time I called the man was helpful and explained they were having issues with the supplier of this bed, but no offer to rectify or anything. Sleeping on a mattress on the floor for 5 months is really not ideal, please sort out your service Frances Hunt!

As per the below - ordered in July and chased constantly they never made a callback they promised so when I finally got through on the phone and was told it would be delivered in 7 days I added 2 more items to the order. More fool me because it is now December, nothing has been delivered and the refund promised has still not shown up - AVOID AT ALL COSTS, AWFUL COMPANY!
