Frances explained the whole process to me before we started. I am not someone who is always comfortable in new situations so this was very important for me! I sought out Frances when I was experiencing a particularly stressful period in my life. I had no previous experience of Reiki but Frances had been recommended by numerous people in my friendship circle so I wanted to give it a go. I found the treatment incredibly relaxing and though I can't explain exactly how it worked I can tell you I felt like a burden had been lifted and immediately began sleeping better. I have returned on a regular basis since. Through the treatments Frances is able to identify both physical and emotional injuries without me telling her about them. The treatments have also helped me make more positive choices moving forward and have helped me find more balance in my life. Get booked in. You won't regret it.

I’m an open minded person but remote reiki was pushing it a bit for me.. to be honest it just gave me an excuse to lay down in a dark room for half an hour away from my kids.
