    My partner was so nervous about going due to mental health problems and agoraphobia. She was quickly put at ease and all her worries were comforted. Lovely people at the front desk, and behind the scary doors as well. Everyone couldn’t have been more helpful or understanding of her situation and for that I am truly truly grateful. Also those scary doors don’t even seem remotely scary in the slightest anymore with all of the lovely smiles and comforting attitudes towards everyone I’m sure my partner will brave it again and not be worried about what happens when she goes any more.     Today , I went to the above dentist with severe toothache it was emergency appointment.I am a patient here. The reception staff prior to visiting had rang me about the appointment someone cancelled. I was relieved. I received the utmost care by the dentist and dental nurse. I was upset due to the pain they reassured me and looked after me caringly as I needed a tooth taken out. I never felt any pain at all. I am grateful and thankful for the professionalism and been so caring with me. It's such a relief to have no toothachex

    Great staff and really good service, unfortunately saddened to here that as of 1st July 2021 adults can no longer get treatment on the NHS prices as the practice is going private,then only children will receive NHS treatment. This is very sad for all who pay but cannot afford private health care 😪 as per response below the letter sent out to patients does not state what you have just stated, however if I have misunderstood in someway this is good news, you still have a great surgery and staff
