I purchased a slingerbag from Framework Sports about 14 months ago. Firstly, I’d highly recommend the slingerbag for any coach or player who wants to get those reps in and improve their game / fitness. It’s a serious piece of gear. Secondly, I would buy it from Framework Sports, the after sale support is the best I have ever experienced. I worked for eBay for many years and they pride themselves on having top customer service. Framework beats them. My slingerbag broke and needed repair, just unlucky I guess as the product is really good. Jon from Framework Sports was all over it. Quickly identified I was from overseas and arranged a carrier to get my item returned to them for repair and back to me within 10 days. The emails were quick, efficient, I was kept in the loop all the time and just zero stress or hassle. If Google didn’t cap the system at 5 stars , Jon & his team @ Frameworks would be getting a whole lot more of them 10/10 customer service 10/10 people skills 10/10 communication
