Worst customers services. Very unhelpful! Moved to Florida the frist of the month, call there customers services to update our information and let them know we had moved. Never said anything about having to get a new policy said we were good and they took our payment on the 13th. Went to get new plates for our cars DVM told us we need FL insurance. Called frames back they said we had to pay $261 For a new policy and they could not use the 181 we already paid, but they could send us a refund.. soooooo stupid!!

Had a accident and unlike online you can go in and talk to them and they talk to the underwriter whilst you are there , I did use online before Norwich union direct left me waiting for my car to be paid out for nearly 2 years . So it's local insurance nowadays .

I wouldn’t even give this company one star lucky you got that, gary frame is the rudest unprofessional person I’ve ever met first insulted me then my partner and thirdly my partner dead mother this man has no customer service and every answer he gave was childish this man shouldn’t be running a business the man can’t even run a bath the place looks like a tip and stinks I hope he gets the socked
