Salesman arrived late, we are doing a full refurb/extension on a detached property requiring 8 windows, speciality window, bifolds and 2 new doors. When I said what windows we needed and added we did have a budget, the salesman told me Frame master would be too expensive, i asked why i wasnt told frame master were very expensive when i asked for a quote in their shop for the same? I never told or suggested what the budget would be, neither in the shop or to the salesman. Then he stomped off like a 5 year old saying he didn't want to do them anyway!! He either owns the business and doesn't need the money, or he's the most rubbish salesman who is representing his company terribly, either way dont waste your time with this company, the 1 star is only for the nice lady in the shop. We have actually had a quote from a lovely guy at Everest and another from Birmingham Glass, also really pleasant, we'll give our business to one of them.

We dealt with a gentlemen named Larry, we work with a lot of suppliers in Birmingham. This company from our experience has less manpower, and is unable to respond in realtime. From a business point of view getting an answer is a nightmare, we requested (with effort) someone to visit site, measure up, provide a quote. Simple enough? However the representative hung around, needed hand holding and guidance, and came across with a incompetent yet lathargic attitude. When following up a week later, Larry mentioned he needed measurements. So attending site was a little pointless, the brief was simple, a price on aluminium windows. some of the reviews here clearly look dubious, so I will be as transparent as possible, as we are in the trade they may have understood they may have been to expensive, the sales guy is probably good for the residential market.. However I would recommend SK Shopfronts, for your aluminium needs, if in doubt try a price comparison exercise.
