The company are amazing to deal with. Had a slight issue with my order and they resolved it immediately for me sending my out a replacement part. The frame looks excellent especially as I'd struggled to find an A2 frame with black A3 mount.

Fantastic. I ordered two frames from them through Amazon but unfortunately they arrived damaged. There were contact details directly to the company and I reached out to them via email. They were so professional and helpful that I ended up placing a very large order with them, all of which was dispatched promptly and free of charge, with an additional discount. All the frames ordered from them directly arrived in perfect condition, very securely wrapped. What more, I wasn't sure what frame sizes I would need or what styles would suit the artwork I had and they were very eager to advise, offer alternatives and provide custom sizing. I will be using them for all frame orders going forwards. Pleasure to work with.

Order placed and paid. No update in Delivery status. I was encouraged to receive a response when I emailed to find the frames would be with me, within 24 to 48hrs. But 5 days on , still no sign of them.... I have now requested a refund as worried this is a scam. And I have contacted you on email again! Before leaving this review the Frame Company, just haven't replied
