Booked an appt to have some 10 large pictures to be mounted and framed via a telephone call . Arrived on time with 2x young grandchildren, shortly explaining our requirements ,we asked about the best price. The Gentleman in the shop took a dislike to us and refused to deal with us. Having grown up in this country and having served this country for 26 years , felt humiliated and belittled as he duly said "Get out of my shop".Duly left his premises with my grandchildren in tears. Have never a man so rude and arrogant as this gentleman. Considering we travelled from an another county.

Came in with my family in January 2022 in regards to getting family photos framed - about 12 of them. After speaking with the owner in regards to the total price to see if he could offer anything better. He became extremely aggressive and told me and my family (kids included) to get out of his shop as he does not want our custom. I would strongly recommend not using this shop or their services as he was very rude - the customer before us was English and he seemed completely fine with her - maybe our customer experience was due to us being of Asian origin.
