    I tried to order some perfume for my daughter’s birthday and somehow missed clicking something to complete the order. Didn’t realise until I didn’t get an email confirming the order by the next day. Thinking that I’d done it properly I rang Fragrance House to double check and actually got to speak to a nice man very quickly, none of the automated on hold call system - so refreshing! He confirmed no order had gone through so I completed another order and made sure I did it properly this time! I’d missed that day’s deadline for posting so it went out next day which was Saturday and was delivered Sunday! Excellent service from Fragrance House and Royal Mail. Not only that but within minutes of actually placing my order, the nice man rang me to confirm I had indeed done it right this time! Now that’s excellent customer service. Thank you nice man!

    Ordered on the 30th of November, paid for royal mail 24 shipping. Was told it was shipped on the 30th of November but going by the tracking it wasn't shipped until the 4th of December. I emailed them to ask where the item was and they are blaming the strikes. If it was sent when it was supposed to be sent it would be here by now! Terrible customer service, they should be refunding me the shipping I paid for! EDIT: Totally understand the strikes but never got a warning of the possible delays until after purchase! It's now the 9th dec and I still have no parcel! It's not left England. Customer service is a joke, I know how royal mail works! Very patronising and rude. Also any other company would refund the delivery fee if they knew the parcel was not going to be delivered within 24 hours with the strikes! So guys if you want to wait 2 weeks for your parcels, go ahead and buy! You get lovely, patronising customer service too!
