A lot of money was spent on info regarding British citizens moving their family to the UK. Fast forward a few months later (after having to separate our family) we realized we were only given partial info despite having asked Fragomen lawyers many times if they have given us every route possible. I call the lawyer whom we dealt with to discuss this newly discovered route—his reply, “we don’t mention that route because the home office doesn’t like it.” My young daughter of 4 years old became very ill due to being separated from her mother and has since passed. You don’t think that you could lose a child from her/him being separated from their mother but biologically it is unnatural. Separating families causes unthinkable distress to all members.
