Helpful and professional staff. I was seen promptly, treated efficiently, and was given all the information I needed. The location is helpful, with drop-off parking right outside, so you don't have to hobble down endless corridors.

Absolutely appalling staff same as the main hospital rude and arrogant formal complaints don't do anything. They don't care about people with a mental health I refuse to go back there now. I will contact my gp and tell them since all I seem to get with these lot is the run around and abuse from the staff.

I got my appointment almost after one year for my back and leg pain. Appointment was on 7 July 2020 10.15am. I also got message that due to coronavirus unless we say otherwise do not attend hospital. Your Dr will call you on the day of your appointment. It also say reminder of my appointment. Message was very confusing so i call one day before and confirm my appointment, I took a taxi from Southall to avoid public transport, paid £25 and reach on time. Receptionist was very helpful said no Dr available, they don't attend clinics. I have not received any phone yet. She informed me there is backlog of phones. What a waste of my time and money, I show outside a street sweeper was working with mask and I don't understand why Dr's in a safe environment can't work! I am going to claim my taxi cost.
