Bought a coffee machine from them, installed was leaking water call them and got charge for a piece of metal found inside the machine which came from them. Very poor customer service. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Took a Classico up to descale and repair as previous descaler (Dez cal) had left metallic particles coming from the group and hot tap! After 6 hours they were unable to fix the problem and was just simply told that it will flush away over time! Not content with this I asked if they could keep it until fixed. Adrian, the owner who then stormed in was the most hostile, aggressive and vile man I've ever met. After an extremely aggressive interaction from him he basically through the machine back at me, yelling there's nothing wrong !? (the hot tap burnt my hand because of this) and was told to leave. I will be reporting him and Fracino to the ombudsman scheme and potentially the police. By far the worst experience I've ever had with anyone let alone a business. Do not take any advice from anyone here especially Sue in parts. Hands down the worst experience of my life. Shocking.

Now I really need to say that I have received the best costumer service for the very long time. I had an issue with my coffee machine then I contacted the parts department. The lady that served me was Sue, I only can say one thing really and I mean it the best customer service I have received. Sue thank you so much for the extra mile. Definitely will be returning.

Coffee machine faulty after 2 weeks of having it. Awful customer service, still haven’t heard anything back from them (2 weeks after the machine broke) - no call back other than from a technician who told us to take the water tank out & put it back in - this didn’t work and was then promised a call from an engineer…we’re still waiting
