So I purchased a Audi Rs5 from FR Car Sales. I can hand on heart say this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. So professional, so hospitable. I drove from Doncaster to Kent for the car a absolute stunning example. I had been looking for months and this one is really perfect!! He really hand picks and takes the time to ensure he has great cars. I've already said i would purchase my next car from them 100%. The aftercare is 2nd to none which I think is very important. Messages to make sure we were happy I'm so so happy I wish I could give them 10 stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t be fooled by this man’s politeness over the phone, it cannot be genuine. He talks the talk when it comes to selling a car, but fails to be consistent when enquiry’s a made! I paid a holding deposit with the intention of purchasing this car, I paid for train tickets to collect this car, (both were refunded eventually, after a 3rd party was involved). A total of 4 different days I was messed around for collection, delivery and the car itself. Excuse after excuse, car going wrong, ‘technicians not doing their jobs’ My efforts and willingness to aid me getting this car fixed for collection were there for the taking. Day off work for the collection, I am out of pocket financially, still. I have now made this my problem, but caused by Faisal. By far the worst experience I have ever encountered whilst trying to purchase a car. Avoid FR Car Sales.
