Absolutely appalling behaviour by the management here…. Pay point machine relieves me of £20 and the manageress comes down and repairs the machine but pockets my money and fobs me off with a 3rd party who she claims will refund the money…. 3rd party asks for the faulty machine the amount owing and bank details so they can process the “refund”….. they are supplied all details but then refuse to pay out unless I supply them with the faulty machine, the amount owed and my bank details which I remind them they already have…. They still refuse to pay out because I won’t give them details that they are already in possession of!!!!…. I speak to the manageress again who claims it’s nothing to do with her and refuses to even look at the emails that have been sent to the 3rd party…. Having spoken briefly with a solicitor it turns out the contract is between the launderette and myself ….. the 3rd party involvement is illegal and this is clearly a move to avoid paying back the money. Have had to issue court proceedings against them to get my money back….. it’ll cost her a lot more than 20quid now !!! IF HONESTY IS SOMETHING YOU VALUE WASH YOUR CLOTHES ELSEWHERE TO AVOID GETTING SCAMMED…. The owner has responded to this review claiming I have made it up….. yet she had the chance to deal with the matter but refused despite knowing I was going to take her to court to get the money back as she was hiding behind a 3rd party and refused to get involved… it’s true to say that the owner finally reimbursed the money and offered £14 compensation which is still £21 short of the court fees that she instigated by refusing to refund the money….. it’s worth noting that she only had an attack of conscience AFTER I left the review and posted to over 10,000 people on Facebook about the scam…. If you wish to state in writing that I have said anything untrue about your behaviour then you can expect a much more expensive court hearing…. Libel will cost you your business….. I expect you to change your response immediately or I’ll go book another court date for you.

Great little place to launder your smalls...i use it in winter to dry my washing.. you also get free wifi here, too... It's nice and clean, with plenty of washing machines and dryers.. they also do ironing here, too....*****
